About Us
West Quality Roofing and Exteriors started in 2008 in Calgary, Alta., focusing solely on providing quality workmanship in roofing and siding. Over the years, their services have grown into both residential and commercial properties. Their services include attic ventilation and insulation, windows, doors, stonework, and decks. West Quality has an incredible team committed to quality, safety, and customer service. The company now employs 12 full-time employees and many sub-contractor teams.
Business owners Francois and Valerie Beauregard are passionate about helping a owner take care of their property properly. Providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service has been their motto for over 15 years. Their company has grown as a direct result of repeat customers and referral business.
Moving across the country, raising three boys and growing a business has had its challenges for the Beauregard’s, but they are dedicated to having a thriving business and a wonderful home life. You’ll often find their boys helping out in the shop when they’re not in school. They love to visit their families in Quebec and vacation in warm climates.
West Quality Roofing and Exteriors continues to win awards each year with Houzz, Home Stars, and Guild Quality. But the best awards for West Quality and the Beauregard’s, are their happy clients!

Francois Beauregard – Owner
Francois is one of the owners of West Quality Roofing and Exteriors. He is an experienced roofer and tradesman but his real forte is customer service and sales. Francois is passionate about helping homeowners take care of their property properly and educating them on their options. His background in management is a huge asset during the busy seasons when coordinating projects and a large staff. Francois is a hard worker and an astute business owner. He is social and enjoys hosting team events at their office or home.
Valerie Beauregard – Owner
Valerie is one of the owners of West Quality Roofing and Exteriors. She has been working with the company full-time since 2011. She runs most of the day-to-day operations and has expertise in accounting and scheduling. Always willing to lend a hand, Valerie splits her time between the office and the job sites. Valerie is very organized, a hard worker, and a savvy businesswoman. And, she’s really fun too!
Kino Tremblay – Production Manager
Kino joined the West Quality Roofing and Exteriors team in July 2020. Kino is our Production Manager and has extensive experience organizing large teams on a construction site and is a certified Safety Officer. He also is a journeyman roofer. You’ll often find Kino at our job sites, liaising with our customers and crew, and pitching in to help when needed. He is a hard worker, a high achiever and loves what he does every day.
Kathleen – Office Manager
If you’ve called West Quality Roofing and Exteriors lately, you’ve likely spoken with Kathleen on the phone. Kathleen joined the West Quality team in October 2021, she handles invoicing, reconciliation and is a whiz in Quick books. Kathleen is always willing to lend a hand for whatever needs to be done in our office. She is fluent in French and is very familiar working with family-owned companies in the construction field. We’re thrilled to have you on our team, Kathleen!
Dymka Julien – Production Manager
Earlier this year, we welcomed Dymka to our West Quality Roofing and Exteriors team as a Production Manager. Dymka loves renovation challenges —he enjoys the surprises and finding quality innovative solutions for our clients and keeping the project on schedule. Dymka is a carpenter, welder, and most recently has been trained as an Emergency Medical Responder. He is also fluent in French.
Simon Beaudoin – Estimator
Simon is a welcome addition to our growing business and he loves meeting new people and building relationships. Simon is one of the people you meet when you’re interested in replacing your roof or doing an exterior renovation project on your property.
Simon is punctual, reliable, and curious which makes him really good at helping homeowners find the right solutions for their unique challenges. He is passionate about brainstorming ideas and then taking those ideas and putting them into a design so the homeowners can get a better idea of what their home could look like. He loves making those ideas a reality for people.

West Quality is a proud to be a member of the Alberta Allied Roofing Association (AARA). They set the standard for reputable roofers in our Province. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿.
To be a member of the AARA, each company must meet a defined set of credentials:
- Generate the majority of annual income from providing roofing services.
- Hold a city/regional business license.
- Be an established business entity for a minimum of five years.
- Carry a minimum of $2M liability insurance.
- Have a valid WCB number and clearance letter.
- Install of the current Alberta Building Code as a minimum standard.
- Be COR or SECOR certified.
