Soffit Design with Lighting

Many homeowners overlook how beautiful their soffits can be. We use the Sagirev siding for soffits, they’re beautiful and timeless. We can do custom designs with your soffits as well!

Trending right now is the use of vertical and horizontal siding on your home. It again adds a design feature and can make parts of your home seem larger just with the seams running a certain way. Ask us about some options for your home.

Focal Points

We can create a focal point of your home by framing a particular area like a garage or your front door. We use the Sagiwall product and you can choose various colours and stains.

Stonework

Structural posts don’t need to be ugly. We can work with you on what design feature you’d like, including cladding and stonework. We can also address the benefits of using real stone and artificial stone.

Porticos

Sometimes a portico already exists on a house but it’s actually too small to be functional. We can help you expand your portico so it suits your home and keeps the weather away.

Front Steps and Walkways

Often, we’re at a job site and new opportunities arise. We are able to help you with any concrete work including front steps, walkways, and retaining walls.

Framing Your Windows

Adding a thicker brickmould in a different colour around your windows really makes them pop. By framing them, your windows will actually look bigger as well! It creates great curb appeal. We can work with you to find a complementary brickmould colour that will go with your siding.

We had our late 1950’s bungalow stripped to the bones this August 2014; they then installed insulation, Hardi Board siding, eaves and soffit with our complete satisfaction. West Quality did siding replacement of vinyl with Hardie board on our house with new insulation added underneath. The crews were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, readily adapted to small requests and changes. Their daily clean up was excellent. It’s been 4 months since the install the fit and finish looks very good.

Supply chain issues delayed the project but Francois sourced thicker insulation and did not increase the price to us.
