We recommend taking pictures or any other valuable items off the wall for the duration of your project. Most light fixtures are fine but chandeliers or hanging lights may be impacted during your roof replacement. We recommend taking them down so your valuables aren’t damaged.

Every day, we walk the perimeter of your home to pick up any stray materials that might have blown off the roof. We also use a large, wheeled magnet that picks up any metal materials including nails and screws.

You will hear people on your roof from the moment we begin work on your roof. The quietest part of any roof replacement is tear-off. Once the installation part begins, you will hear footsteps, banging, and nailing. If you live in a two-storey house then the sound will be somewhat muffled on the first floor.
